How many collections do I get?

Each package comes with 1 collection, if you require additional collections please place a booking order through the website.

How do I book a collection?

Please click here to book your collection. Please ensure you select the correct quantity for collection before payment.

Do I need to use your bags?

Yes, we prefer to use our own bags due to thier security and strength.

What to do if I have lost my cable tie?

We always carry spares in our vehicles just incase. We do ask customer to please seal the bags before collection.

How quickly do I need to book my collection?

You can take as long as you like, the correct record for a collection is 3 years after placing the original order.

How much do the bags hold?

Our paper shredding bags hold up to 15kg. Which is a stack neat A4 paper 40cm high. 

Do I need to remove staples and paperclips?

No you can leave staples, paperclips, treasury tags and spiral bound. 

How quickly will the bags arrive?

Bags are normally dispatched the working day following the order being received. We use Royal Mail Tacked 24 (2-4 working days).
